Bottom tank valves CAD

Bottom Tank Valves are designed to take off fluids from the tank bottom. Body shape and their internal design offer a very reliable component for Aseptic Processing Applications.

Main features :

  • Valve inlet open to the turbolence of mixing unit
  • Compact design compare to weir valves - Small welding plate diameter
  • Fast and efficient CIP/SIP cycles
  • Internal design free from asymptotic closure
  • Long life diaphragm (> 5 years)

Standard version are short butt weld ends but, on demand, may be delivered for orbital welding or with Tri-Clamp connections, straight, 45° and 90°. Shut Off and Flow Through valves in are available in several configurations to fulfill customer needs on all applications: 90° or 180° connections, short and extended body design as standard for most stringent applications such as bioreactors or fermentors.

Additional features :

  • Standard : ASTM® A269/270 – ASME BPE
  • Sizes : 1/2’’ (12,7 x 1,65 mm) to 4’’ (101,6 x 2,1 mm)
  • Material : AISI 316L, 1.4435-BN2
  • Diaphragms : Silicone, EPDM, PTFE USP Class VI-121°
