Tank Flanges CADCON
CADCON connections (XCON et YCON) have been developed in order to achieve true Zero Dead Leg connections all around the vessel.
CADCON connections are welded to the side or bottom of the top of container and allow the high hygienic connection of valves, membrane manometers, rupture discs, sampling systems, sensors and other fittings with Tri-Clamp connection.
- A PED-compliant welding flange available in several thicknesses
- Pair of counter-flanges for easier, safer assembly
- 4, 6 or 8 cap nuts and studs depending on flange diameter

Thanks to CADCON connections CIP of vessel will be fast and effective.
CADCON connections are available in 2 materials 1.4404 (XCON) and 1.4435-BN2 (YCON), according 4 different norms:
– ASTM A269-A270 (ASME BPE)
– DIN 32676 & 11850 Series 1-3
– ISO 1127 Serie 1
– SMS 3008
0,4 Ra internal finishing as standard and raw material APZ 3.1 in accordance with AD2000 W2/W10.
CADCON have been examined with respect to the relevant parts for materials, design for adequate strength and hydrostatic pressure test as described in the Council Directive PED 2014/68/EU Art.4 Par.3 and in accordance with ASME Section VIII Division 1, on the following applications areas :
- Design pressure: -1 / +7 bar
- Design temperature: -80/200° C.

Possibility to deliver “already machined rounded plates” to be able to copy the internal shape of the vessel, achieving the highest customers requirements.
